Cole Academy is looking for a driven individual with a deep passion for serving the autism community, creating true connections with others, and developing relationship with pediatricians, developmental specialists, and disability organizations within the communities of San Antonio, San Marcos and Austin.
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) for Cole Academy you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach, fostering partnerships, and driving the growth of our organization. This may include visiting physicians, schools, and any other entity or organization that may have the potential to refer a patient to Cole Academy. As BDM, you would be responsible for educating the community on all aspect of Cole Academy’s services and motivate customers to choose Cole Academy as their provider of choice. The BDM must work well independently and self-motivate to achieve goals. This position will report directly to the Regional Business Development manager.
We have 4 locations in Central Texas: Stone Oak, Schertz, San Marcos and Austin.
